PayPal error when linking bank account

Over the past few days, I've tried transferring money from my bank to PayPal, but it keeps getting rejected due to incorrect information on my bank account card via email. I updated and checked my PayPal name and information to match my bank account, yet linking attempts still fail with the message: "We're sorry. We're not able to process your request right now. Please try again later." After 24 hours and confirming the name change, the issue persists. I can't seem to link my bank account to PayPal. How can I resolve this and successfully link my bank account?
