PayPal refunded me for an Uber Eats order which was wrong and had items missing. However Uber eats have put the charge back on my account

Check if you had a subscription for uber eats set up and cancel it?
Click on the profile / settings tab (icon next to log out) > Click on payments third option along on the thick blue band top of page > "manage pre-approved payments.''
