Payment Successful but Not Credited to Bank Account - Need Help

I received a payment from a PayPal sender, and the transaction status on PayPal shows as "Successful" and settled to my bank. However, it's been over a week, and the money hasn't been credited to my bank account yet. The delay might be because I mistakenly used my old IFSC code associated with Citi Bank (before it transitioned to Axis Bank), although my account details remained the same. In the past, I had no issues receiving payments with the old IFSC, but this time, the funds seem to be stuck. I'm looking for guidance on how to retrieve the payment and ensure it's credited to my Axis Bank account.

Wrong/old branch IFSC code, as long as it is from the SAME BANK, will not cancel your transfer but might delay your transfer, which is what seems to be happening in this case.
Go to the Activity section of PayPal, select the bank withdrawal transaction (click BANK), then scroll down and click on Resolution Centre (for this transaction).
Follow the instructions on the next page.
It's now 21st November, have you received your money yet. PayPal India seems to be having some delay at the moment.
