Payment charged twice

Hi there, I made the payment twice for one transaction. First through PayPal using our local (dutch) payment system called 'Ideal'. After I paid, I got the error that the payment didnt go through. However, later I found out that the amount has been withdrawn from my ABN Amro account. After the error, I instantly made the payment again, this time directly using my PayPal account Paypal. I have now made the payment twice. I tried to contact PayPal, with no succes. I ended up opening a claim, which doesnt make sense, since the seller does not have part in this. How can I get in touch with PayPal in order to solve this? Best regards, Maria Goltsman
