Hi,
I made a transaction with the seller and paid via PayPal. The transaction show completed but my credit card didn’t get charged. Initially the credit card did show a pending transaction but soon after 7 days, it was gone and didn’t show up in posting. I called the bank and they told me that PayPal did not confirm the amount from my bank. I also checked with PayPal and they told me the transaction was completed. So what is going on here? Will PayPal charge to my card again or they going to decline the transaction?
