Paypal not processing payments from Outlier.ai

Hi, I am working as a math expert trainer at Outlier.ai and have some earnings and I have linked my Paypal business account for payments but the outlier team is saying "Even with a business account, some users are still experiencing issues. As an alternative, we suggest using AirTM, which has proven to be a more reliable option for contributors based in India and Egypt", my question is why #paypal isn't fixing whatever issue it is and processing the payments from Outlier.

Could you please expedite.

I have the same issues in Canada and recevied the exact same e-mail. AirTM seems to be a scam from what I see online.

I received multiple payment from Outlier on Paypal and now they suddendly seems to be blocking them without any reason or warning.

Yes, it's resolved now, I was supposed to confirm my bank account on my Paypal account info page by mentioning the small deposits that were made by paypal.

Now I am receiving payments.

I have the same problem. I linked my bank account and it says that it is confirmed. I chatted with assistant, he told me that I must add a Visa card.

Did you added a Visa card or just your bank account?

I want to ask you a question, I like you but I don`t have a bank account and on the outlier this message is shown "The payment was declined by your papal account" Do you know how I can overcome.

hey, you have to add your bank account to Paypal, you can add it on the Money, banks and Cards section of account settings from your Paypal profile.

if you don't have a bank account then get one!

That would depend on which country @Killuaito is in.

A bank account is not a requirement or possible in some countries and others have to link a visa credit card to receive funds.

I had this same issue. Called paypal, they are not blocking. I finally got someone at outlier to respond to me and asked what PayPal account they were sending to. Someone changed the recipient Paypal account for payments!! It has to be someone within Outlier. I never received the confirmation/notice that the payment source was changed.  So someone else has received my payment and outlier says there's nothing they can/will do; they are only sending the payment one time.
