Problem with MasterCard money transfer from PayPal Account

Hi, last 11 a friend of mine send me some money, the same day I moved the money to my MasterCard, try ed to used it, money not moved... The PayPal support told me that for the first Movement sometimes it takes 1 week for the bank to bank to check the movement, I'm quite anxious about it, any opinion?
