REQUESTER ACCOUNT RESTRICTED.

Hi, I'm from India and I just started using PayPal. My bank account got verified today but when I try to request money or someone tries to send me money, it shows REQUESTER ACCOUNT RESTRICTED. What may I do please tell ASAP ?

You can only do international transactions and receive funds internationally.
