Hi,
I have exceeded the maximum amount available on paypal, is there any way to resolve this quickly before waiting until the next month to request a new increase in the maximum account balance?
I've been pestering customer service but nothing at all, everyone says I have to wait
I have a low case rate, tracking always added to orders, very low refunds but they didn't accept my request this month and last month's too.
