Receiver's address is in a non-receivable country or a PayPal zero country (from Coupert)

Hi !

I'm trying to receive money from Coupert.com for the Cashback money, but when Coupert tried to send the payment to me they found message below back from Paypal. Anyone has this kind of experience before and any advice on how to fix it?

Currently, I'm using Thai Account and has some money in Wallet in THB as well.

 

"This is Coupert Team.
 
We've received your request for redeeming cash back. Coupert is trying to transfer it to the PayPal account you provided again, but it failed as there are some problems with your PayPal account. We received the following information: "Receiver's address is in a non-receivable country or a PayPal zero country".
 
You may check and adjust your PayPal account setting so that we can complete the transfer. If you are not sure why this happens to your account, please communicate with PayPal customer service in time regarding this issue."

Sorry to know that you're not able to receive payments to your PayPal account. If you have verified PayPal account, you can able to send and receive payments through your PayPal account. Here's the article with the information on how to verify your PayPal account : How do I verify my PayPal account? Also, check if there's any pending actions in the resolution center or in the notification tab of your PayPal account. If your account is verified with no pending actions, please contact the support team to get this checked further.
