Recurring Payment Subscription Issue

I have an issue with one of my recurring payment subscriptions. It did not charge the customer on the date payment is due (due on September 27, 2023, and it's already Oct 4, 2023). Normally if there is card issue, Paypal will email me the attempt to charge customer failed and another attempt will be made in XXX days, but I did not get email either - so I think the attempt to charge customer didn't even happen. Can someone help?

I'm sorry to hear that one of your recurring subscriptions did not automatically charge the customer on the payment due date.
