Refund alot of Purchases with a specific Purchase details name

Can i refund alot of Purchases with a specific Purchase details name? 

I played a new Mobile Game and spend maybe 1k€ in 2 weeks, now alot of big spenders and i want go for a refund because the developer are not going to fix any buggs, so TLDR u buy alot of power/gear/items and u get alot new buggs and things are not working correctly.

My question is can i refund this by paypal or should i go to my bank?

And how can i refund alot of purchases at once?
Does Paypal have a email or something i can contact them, i cant find something like this.

I see you're looking to get refund for your recent purchases. If there's any issue with the purchase, PayPal purchase protection policy covers the payment and helps you to get refund if certain requirements are met. You can request the refund by contacting the merchant. If the merchant is not responding, you can report the payments in the resolution center of your PayPal account. Steps to report the payments in the resolution center can be found in this article : How do I open a dispute with a seller?
 

Once you open a dispute, you have 20 days to resolve it with your seller. If you can't come to a resolution, you can escalate the dispute to a claim so PayPal will investigate and decide the outcome. You can always check the status and the updates of the disputes in the resolution center.
