Refund from booking, exchange rate on Paypal

Hi,

so i made a reservation on Booking, had to pay 630 PLN. I got charged via Paypal around 153 Eur.

I have the chance to cancel my reservation on Booking for free, but I was wondering, what amount will i be refunded from Paypal - what I paid (153 Eur), or are they gonna add additional fees, exchange rates again?

I understand you're looking into canceling a reservation and would like to learn how the refund will work. When a transaction with a currency conversion is refunded, the money will be converted again after the refund. The currency exchange rate will vary based on the exchange rate for the day of the refund, not the original purchase date, so there can be a difference.
