Can you advise how I get a refund for a ticket purchase more than 180 days old due to covid forcing a reschedule of dates and now event cancellation and the organiser no longer trading so I cannot get a refund from them ?

Yes thanks I spoke to them this morning and they said I didn’t need to raise another dispute - the cancelled one is in the queue with everyone else’s so I should get an email about the refund at some point - good news ! 👍

I've just had the same problem. Tried to get my money back and PayPal immediately denied the case.

I’m going to call them tomorrow there must be a ‘covid’ clause somewhere that protects us when this happens!

Same here. My question is, when I booked the tickets in November 2020, it was more than 180 days until the event anyway. So even if it had been cancelled and not just postponed last year, we still wouldn’t have been covered? So where is our PayPal protection? Where do you publish the 180 day cover? Can we claim on your PayPal insurance?

Yes, I’ve requested a refund, which has been refused as over 180 days old. Extremely frustrating. Easy Ticketing?

I’m £160 out of pocket, immediately rejected by PayPal due to the 180 day restriction. Is there any value in contacting my bank?

I’ve just had the same , paid over £198 and all I’ve got is refund refused due to being older than 180 days . Easy ticketing say go to PayPal for a refund but PayPal just don’t want to know !
