I was refunded a payment I sent and it still hasn't showed up on my credit card bill 2+months now... I contacted paypal and they had sent me an email saying I would see the refund on my credit card bill on June 4th but there is nothing...
This is the email I recently got from Paypal.
"After reviewing your account, we found that transaction amount $xxx.xx is an authorization and not a refund to your credit card. An authorization is a temporary hold of money and not a completed charge. Please contact your credit card issuer to request they release authorization XXXXX as we cannot complete it."
I contacted my bank and they couldn't help me... what do I do?
