I’ve been trying to stop the monthly automatic payment to Nymbus LLC and have been unable to. Has anyone had similar issues and found a resolution

Mine turned out to be from an order with Lash Cosmetics. They said I had checked a box at checkout for VIP customer benefits, which I do not remember doing. The VIP benefits were ridiculous. You would get "free" products and just pay the shipping. This was definitely a China-based company. When I threatened to turn them into the Better Business Bureau, they immediately refunded all the charges on my PayPal.
PayPal suggested I contact the company, as they couldn't do anything about it, so everyone needs to find out what company has placed these extraneous charges on their account and contact them.

I was told that my membership fee of $31 gets me all the free products I want for "free." Of course I have to pay S & H, so it's not actually free. I am so mad right now! I wish I'd noticed this sooner. I did cancel the recurring payment through PayPal, and I sent this fraudulent company an email to cancel as well as demanding my money back. I probably won't get a refund, but it's worth a shot.

Sorry to discover that others are finding this problem. Here is how my situation occurred;
I purchased indestructible pantyhose 1/6/24 for $31.78 & was overcharged on S&H & called for adjustment.
2/11/24 charged $34.71
3/17/24 charged $34.71
4/21 charged $34.71
I calle[Removed. Phone #s not permitted]o[Removed. Phone #s not permitted] today to discover that they included a monthly membership for the amount of $34.71 on my purchase. I was
only offered 2 months refund after some discussion & I am now waiting for said refund. I requested they stop & cease all charges on my account.

I have 3 charges from them, and I never approved a VIP membership with them, which is what they're claiming. I'm going to fight to get my money refunded. Has anyone else had any luck getting a refund from them?
