Reoccurring transactions from Nymbus LLC

I’ve been trying to stop the monthly automatic payment to Nymbus LLC and have been unable to. Has anyone had similar issues and found a resolution

Mine turned out to be from an order with Lash Cosmetics. They said I had checked a box at checkout for VIP customer benefits, which I do not remember doing. The VIP benefits were ridiculous. You would get "free" products and just pay the shipping. This was definitely a China-based company. When I threatened to turn them into the Better Business Bureau, they immediately refunded all the charges on my PayPal. 

PayPal suggested I contact the company, as they couldn't do anything about it, so everyone needs to find out what company has placed these extraneous charges on their account and contact them.

They operate several companies under Nymbus LLC from what I have been able to find. A couple of bra companies (Flora Secrets one of them) and a couple of makeup and eyebrow/eyelash companies. It seems that they are running the same scam across all of the companies operating under Nymbus LLC.

I too, this is my 3rd attempt, I don’t even know what it is I am paying for

I was told that my membership fee of $31 gets me all the free products I want for "free." Of course I have to pay S & H, so it's not actually free. I am so mad right now! I wish I'd noticed this sooner. I did cancel the recurring payment through PayPal, and I sent this fraudulent company an email to cancel as well as demanding my money back. I probably won't get a refund, but it's worth a shot.

here is how they trick you - at the end at the checkout they ask you if you want a VIP membership - saying you get free shipping and special deals on stuff - what THEY DON'T tell you is that they will be charging you for this "VIP MEMBERSHIP". they got 2 months out of me - i won't fight them for a refund - i am glad i caught it cause everything about this says SCAM - i just have to be careful who i order from in the future - AND i ordered off of instagram - will be more careful in the future - i just happened to see the notification come through - i wonder how much they are raking in......forget about their crappy products......just on the scam of the "VIP MEMBERSHIP" so bad.....AND it took forever to be delivered too.....

Exactly & I didn't even notice the VIP membership!!!! Shame on them & me for not reading it closely!

Sorry to discover that others are finding this problem. Here is how my situation occurred;

I purchased indestructible pantyhose 1/6/24 for $31.78 & was overcharged on S&H & called for adjustment.

2/11/24 charged $34.71

3/17/24 charged $34.71

4/21 charged      $34.71

I calle[Removed. Phone #s not permitted]o[Removed. Phone #s not permitted]  today to discover that they included a monthly membership for the amount of $34.71 on my purchase. I was

only offered 2 months refund after some discussion & I am now waiting for said refund. I requested they stop & cease all charges on my account.

I have 3 charges from them, and I never approved a VIP membership with them, which is what they're claiming. I'm going to fight to get my money refunded. Has anyone else had any luck getting a refund from them?

im not sure but i think in order to check out - i had to agree to a VIP membership - but i was thinkimg it was like you earn points from purchases. so if you clicked b/c you could not check out without clicking on it they may have you - but i don't know - i hope you get your money back !!!
