I receive an order from shopify it was 2 order actully from the samd customer. The problem is that the second one was post purchase but when i went to my balence i only received see the money for the second one. It actully happened before tried to contact you but i didn't know how. This is the second time that happen. I thought it was refunded because of an open case i didn't find any open case. I'm confused right now. Please help asap
