Sent money to closed bank account, will it bounce back?

Ive accidently sent money to a bank account I recently closed down completely. Will it bounce back into my Paypal balance?

I apologize for the inconvenience you have experienced with the recent payment. I am requesting you to check the payment status, If the status is marked as failed/denied/voided/expired not worry the payment will get reversed to the original funding source within 3-5 business days. If the payment is marked as sent/completed, in this case, the only option is to contact your financial institution and have a check on the amount on your closed account, once the payment gets initiated we will not get an option to cancel or reverse the payment from our end due to security reasons.

I checked it earlier on and it says pending still. I have rang the bank that I got the account closed with and they stated it will not go through their end so hopefully it will be reverted back to my paypal account and I’m just overthinking a little!
