Snapchat is charging my account, and they will not let me login to shut if iff

I gave a Snapchat Ads account my paypal account. I was locked out of my Snapchat account and they will not let me back in to the account. There is currently and ad running on that account charging me $5 a day. I don’t know what to do.

Check if you had a subscription set up and cancel it?
Click on the profile tab (icon next to log out) > Click on payments third option along on the thick blue band top of page > "manage pre-approved payments.''

No. If I cancel my account that could fix this right? Or would that cause other problems?
