Sorry for the wait error message

Hi, I have been trying to send funds through my PayPal account, however when I click on either a bank transfer or pay to mobile banking, it says, "this may take a few seconds, and then "sorry for the wait, it looks like we are having trouble connecting you at the moment". I have cleared my cache and uninstalled and reinstalled the app Any advice is appreciated Many thanks 🙂
