Hello,

I am trying to make a Payment in the forever 21 store, and this message appears. I have tried with 3 cards under my name, that are still active and have been used for other transactions, on and offline. Please help me, I´ve had this issue since last friday and I could not complete my transaction.

Hi,

I have the exact problem.  My card has been verified successfully (some amount has been credited from my card) but I still can't be used.  

Any idea, how to resolve this issue?

I understand you've been having trouble making payments, @Darkunknown and @TMLee. I apologize for any inconvenience this has caused. A great Help Center article that includes troubleshooting tips is: Why was my payment declined? If you're still unable to make a payment after following these steps, I recommend reaching out to Customer Support by selecting "Contact" at the bottom of any PayPal website. 

I hope you can make the payments soon!
