Southwest Airline refund to PayPal: How long does it take?

I booked my flights through PayPal for Southwest. The invoice came up saying, “Uni Air Travel ending in ****.” Those last four are not my card numbers. I canceled my flight and got confirmed by Southwest that I would get a refund. Will my refund go to my account? I am worried my refund is going to no man's land. The last time I canceled an order from BestBuy, I received an email from PayPal immediately saying that the refund was pending. 

This is similar to this post: https://www.paypal-community.com/t5/Payments-Archives/Southwest-airlines/m-p/2527000. I was not able to reply to the thread. Does anyone have a similar experience? Could there be an issue?
