Suddenly hit with $300 per month withdrawal limit after 24 years

I've had a PayPal account for 24 years. Used to sell 4 or 5 figures a month USD on eBay. Still regularly use PayPal to buy and sell. Maybe a few disputes over the 24 years. Nothing at all recent. All the sudden they're limiting me to $300 per month in withdrawals.

Any thoughts on this? I just submitted a request to customer service, but would like to know if anyone has had a similar experience, what happened, etc.
