TIKTOK TO PAYPAL BUSINESS PAYMENT

I withdrew money from Tiktok to my paypal business account , seconds later i got an email from paypal saying " TIK TOK HAS SENT YOU 213.66$ , YOUR FUNDS HAVE BEEN SUCCSESSFULLY DELIVERED . ENJOY! And down below i have CLAIM YOUR PAYMENT .I pressed the button to claim my payment and logged in my account everything cool but after that when i go to home and transactions there 0 money in my balance

I understand that you have issue with your PayPal balance. Please reach out to the Support Team during business hours by clicking the contact us option at the bottom of PayPal page to get help with your issue. If your unable to login or are not in access of your PayPal account, you can connect with us via phone call as "as a Guest" (this does not require you to sign in to your PayPal account).

Yes i contacted the costumer service about 2 hours ago they checked and said we cannot se any activity from tiktok , im being mind blown , i checked the paypal email that send me the email with the information that tiktok has sent me money and the button to claim it . After i claim , it says money is in your balance and when i check 0 money is yet on the balance . Still waiti for paypal email they said they will send me an email waiting still. Dont know what to say this is very mind blowing
