Cancel payment renewal

I have signed up for a yearly payment - however the payment is coming up for renew and I cannot contact the company to cancel the renewal - how can I prevent Paypal from paying the money to the vendor

I do understand that you have a query regarding an automatic payment setup on your account. Please refer to this article to get help with your concern www.paypal.com/cshelp/article/help240 . For additional assistance, you can reach out to the Support Team during business hours by clicking the contact us option at the bottom of PayPal page. If your unable to login or are not in access of your PayPal account, you can connect with us via phone call as "as a Guest" (this does not require you to sign in to your PayPal account.

Thank you for the reply - however I do not see this in the Automatic Payments section of my account ?
