Tebex withdraw ?

Hi! I just wanted to ask if anybody have a problem like me, so i have a tebex wallet where i got some money from builtbybit because i sold some stuff there ( these are legit sites ) and i wanted to withdraw some of the money to my paypal account to see how it works, but it got rejected everytime, i spoke to the tebex support and they said its because my paypal email address is incorrect, but its cannot be incorrect because i using it. So i wanted to know if anyone had a issue like me, please let me know. Thanks

Paypal account holders in the Ukraine can now receive payments with the recent change of policy, but they are restricted to receiving only friends/family payments as per link.

You still can't do commercial transactions and receive goods/services payments which is what that payment would be classed as.
