The last 4 withdrawals from my PayPal account did not go to my bank account.

Hi, I'm new on the forum, although I've been using PayPal for 13 years. I've never had a problem with PayPal, but my last 4 withdrawals from my PayPal account didn't go to my bank account. Although I received confirmation from PayPal that the payment went through. The oldest withdraw was on October 11, i.e. 14 days ago. I called to the bank and they assured me that the problem must be on the side of PayPal or the payment gateway. I tried to solve it on PayPal through the "resolution center", but there they wrote to me without any explanation that it was not an unauthorized transaction and that the case is closed... I have no idea what to do. The money disappeared from my PayPal account but didn't reach my to bank account...

@Bingotwilight KB works well, I tested it on friday. You have to remove current KB account from PP, and re-add it. Ceska Sporitelna works good as well. 

 

I got my money withdrawed on 17th oct. Also -200 Kc.

If they take from me 200 Kc for this messed up withdrawal I will definitely ask for a refund and you all should do the same!

Hi all, I am very happy that some of us are getting their money AND the 200 CZK fee back. I completely agree that they should return the fee too, it was their fault, not ours. I am also happy to report, that I removed KB account from PayPal and added it again, sent a small amount yesterday and it was on my account this morning. So it really works again. Anyway, I still don´t have the missing money. 

 

Please don´t hesitate to share your (good) news, I don´t know about others, but it makes me feel a little bit better in this ****** situation.

Hello to all. This exactly happened to me - sent transfer on 22 Oct to Czech mBank account, still haven't received it. I got the same messages from the PayPal support and today I decided to fill in a complaint on PayPal website. Not a small amount of money, which makes it all even more painful. 

 

I can understand technical problems, but from my point of view I'd expect PayPal is able to refund the money even when the technical problems are not yet solved.

 

I use PP for 13 years, I'm using two different bank accounts for about two years - mBank didn't work, Airbank worked without problems. I used KB in the past, but not using it anymore.

I refunded my purchase a week ago and PayPal said they send me the money and that it should already be on my back account. But I don't see it there. It's been a week, I'm scared I won't get it.

If you funded the original Paypal payment to the seller from your bank account or a card then once marked refunded/completed it will automatically go back to that bank account or card.
Normally it can take a few days up to a week to go back to a bank account. Paypal say allow 30 days for a card (1 billing cycle) but its rarely that long.
(Can vary according to country though).

Yeah, they said it completed and got sent on my card a week ago. But I can't see it there yet. I'm just worried when will it come. And also I'm from Czech in Europe so that can make some issue with the time.

More than two months since the first reported issue with withdrawals to banks in Czech republic and Paypal still hasn't notified its users?

Personally I've been waiting for more than a month for the money to arrive to my bank or back to my Paypal account, even sent a message to support (which was closed the next day without any response).

 

@MuxxysBest you can do is wait. It may be also the only thing can do, because nobody will be able to help or even tell you what is going on.

Hi, I made a test - have account in Česká Spořitelna. Now I tried to delete nr. account from Paypal and re-add the same account number. Then I tried to withdraw small amount of 50 CZK - paypal again see this transaction as "succesfuly completed" but no amoount came to my account again. So I think withdrawal transactions still doesn´t work ..

Hi all, a little update from me. I spoke to several persons on the customer support line, and I wrote several messages through the dashboard... They were all very understanding and they seemed really sorry, but otherwise, it was still the same song over and over again. I am a month + 1 day from my transfer today and still without the money. 😖😖😖
