The money I sent is not being received

I sent money to the person 2 weeks ago. Somehow after whole time the person who supposed to receive the money claims that he haven't. How is this possible?

What does it say on the transaction in your paypal account?

Have you checked the email address of the recipient and made sure its correct without any typos or spelling errors?

What country are they in?

What currency did you send?

It says that money have been sent. Personal information also should be correct because I used the same information for earlier transactions. The currency is euros and we both live in the same country

ok if its saying SENT then it sounds as if its a friends/family payment, yes?

If so then by saying SENT its successfully transferred to the email address you sent it to that is linked to an open and active paypal account.

Be careful if this was a transaction to buy something as by sending it that way you lose your buyer protection, also the recipient can ignore you knowing you can't open a paypal dispute if they don't send anything.
