Transfer from Webmoney (wmz) to Paypal refund issued

Hi,

I had some balance in my Webmoney account and i use a service called https://exchanger.money/ to find a bidder for WMZ to Paypal transfer. The bidder agree to exchange and i made a payment of 2** something in WMZ and the bidder send me 20 eur. After i confirm on Exchanger.money that the bidder made the deposit in my paypal account the bidder issued a refund.

Now my balance was hijacked as i have a negative balance.

How to proceed.
