Paypal does not support virtual banks like Wise / Payoneer etc.
Whilst you can sometimes add an account it wouldn't work properly and Paypal advise you against trying.
If you do succeed then Paypal wouldn't be responsible for any missing funds to or from that virtual / digital bank account.
Advice is voluntary.
Kudos / Solution appreciated.

@kernowlass Where is it signed? It is important for me to see where it is written in plain text that PayPal does not support working with Revolut Bank. If PayPal does not support working with Revolut Bank, then why does the Revolut Bank option appear in the list of banks to choose from?
Same Issue!
I am in Poland. I have created a PayPal account in Poland. I want to link my Revolut Bank Account to my PayPal account. I also have a physical Revolut card that I have already linked, but I want to transfer funds directly to a bank account, not to a bank card. in addition, I get an unknown kind of error when I try to make a transfer to a Polish account. immediately after selecting the country where I want to transfer to, I receive this error message.Returning to the Revolut account, I already linked the Revolut bank account once, but PayPal deleted it after an unsuccessful transaction due to the fact that I mistakenly entered the wrong CCV code. Now I can't connect the same Revolut bank account and I get an error message saying "we can't process your request at the moment. contact the support team." But I can't get in touch with the support team in any way, because there is no such option anywhere. The chatbot also sends me to information pages that simply do not exist. The chatbot also constantly writes that there are no online technical support staff. I have a feeling that he writes like this to everyone all the time. Has PayPal stopped direct technical support for users? The only thing is that it sucks fees out of transactions that it cancels itself.
