Transfer my money to my redotpay card

I can't find the card, and when I click on I don't see all my cards, I find it and it tells me I can't use it even though it takes up all of PayPal!

Paypal does not accept all cards so you may get the message the card is declined. If the Visa you are trying to add is virtual or issued online you may need to try another card.
