Transferring funds

It won’t let me transfer my PayPal funds to my bank card. Keeps saying I have no funds available when I clearly have something in there.

Are the funds cleared and not pending or on hold?

Are the funds in GBP?

Have you confirmed the card?

Does the billing address of your card match your paypal account address exactly?
