I transferred money from PayPal to UFB Direct (Axos Bank is the official branch name) on July 23rd and 24th, 2024. The money made it in there July 25th, 2024 and showed up as PayPal ACH credit but on July 30th, 2024 PayPal did an ACH debit reversal and ever since then, my money has been missing. I have been contacting PayPal and Axos Bank back and forth, and Axos Bank basically always said it was a problem on PayPal's side and they gave me 15 digit trace IDs to give to PayPal, but PayPal has been extremely unhelpful as they keep saying they only see transactions for July 23rd and 24th, 2024 when I transferred money from PayPal to Axos. I've been going in an endless loop even after messaging PayPal and Axos Bank for over 2 weeks now. I am worried about my money missing. The only thing I could think is that PayPal thought they were suspicious transactions and reversed them, but the customer representatives and even the supervisors don't see anything on their side. Any advice would be greatly appreciated.
