UP TO 60 DAYS, ANYONE KNOW OF TRAINING ON HOW I CAN OPERATE A BUISNESS ON THOSE TERMS?

I was shocked to find out that PayPal holds my sales process for up to 60 days. Can anyone recommend good business training or articles on how to exist in such a ridiculous environment? Or maybe provide me some thoughts that will help me feel like this is worth it. I just can't seem to find any reason why anyone would sign up for this. I'm only still here because I am waiting for my $5k which suggests it will be held until March 2nd. The sale closed on January 18th.

Hello @LUBRICA-NEED

Welcome to the PayPal Help Community and thanks for posting here!

I completely understand your concern about your funds. Delaying funds availability is a common industry practice to help to ensure the secure use of PayPal by both buyers and sellers. PayPal may hold payments for a variety of reasons, based on the activity of the account. You can refer the links listed here for more information on payment holds and speed up process to get the funds :

Why is my payment on hold or unavailable?

How can I release my payments on hold?

Also, account reserve is an amount of money set aside in your PayPal account to help make sure that you're able to meet any liabilities you may incur from a chargeback, claim or bank reversal, where no other money is available. The reserved amount still belongs to you but is unavailable for use. I recommend checking these pages for more information on Reserves :

What are reserves?
Why is my money being held in reserve?

Hope this information helps,

Bindu
