Uber required an 'authorization hold' to reserve a ride. Uber immediately took the money from Paypal.
I had a 'voucher' Uber had accepted. Some time after the ride Uber took the fare from the voucher. OK - BUT
I still am out the auth hold charge - that was 3x the actual ride fare.
Paypal does not list a voucher as a payment method on their problem page.
Do not use paypal with uber. use a credit card - that only goes into pending charges.
i'm still trying to get this resolved - and Uber has essentially zero customer support.
