Vietnam - Withdrawal

Hi friends, I cannot withdraw my money to an USD bank account. Paypal said it’s security purposes. Are there any ways to do so? I live in Vietnam btw.

Withdrawals to bank accounts are always in local currency.

If withdrawing to a U.S bank account it has to be a bank account opened on U.S soil and not a virtual / digital bank OR a USD currency account unfortunately.
