I applied for PayPal Credit, was given an account with the £20 off voucher. Trying to buy tickets on Ticketmaster, get taken to PayPal and select PayPal credit, it redirects to "we're sorry, it seems that something has gone wrong" and gives the only option to "try again". I just keep getting the same message every time. The amount is inly for £90 so we'll within the credit amount. This is the first time I've tried to use it. I have tried logging in and out, updated the app, deleted all cookies and history for the last few hours etc. Nothings working, thanks.

We are sorry to hear that you are unable to complete the payment using PayPal credit. Requesting to refer the help centre article Why can't I pay with PayPal Credit? to know the possible reason of decline. You can also reach out to our customer support team to get an understanding of the possible solution to the issue raised. Please reach out to the Support Team during business hours by clicking the Contact option at the bottom of PayPal page. If your unable to login into your PayPal account do reach us via phone and kindly select "Call us as Guest".
