Hello everybody, what to do in such situation? I was shopping online and when I checkout my buyings I got error on payment page. However my money was withdrawn. Can I get them back?

Yes, the pending authorization will eventually expire (up to or after 30 days) if merchant does not or unable to capture payment and the funds on hold is released back to your card. If the transaction remains pending longer than 30 days, contact PayPal or your card issuer to void the authorization.
