Where to fund account apart from bank account?

Please any PayPal Marchant in Egypt? I'm not having bank account to add I need add funds please where to pay for the money?

Without a verified linked account or Credit card, there isn't a way to add funds.  If you have PayPal prepaid cards there that are issued from Visa, MasterCard, American Express, or Discover, you may be able to buy that card, then link it to your account as a payment form.  Otherwise, I would think that you are limited to receiving funds only. 

Without some form of linked Payment to your PayPal account, there is no way to verify the funds are actually present.
