Can anyone obtain ARN from paypal? Because my funds until now not credited to my account for more than 30days already and the only way bank to trace the funds is for me to provide them ARN.

I do understand you have a query regarding obtaining Acquirer Reference Number (ARN). Kindly check the ARN at the bottom of the Transaction Information section. Alternatively, ARNs are also listed in the transaction search CSV download. Incase you have any additional query please reach out to our customer support team. You can reach out to the Support Team by clicking the contact us option at the bottom of PayPal homepage.

I believe i saw the same reply on the old posts about obtaining ARN but there was no ARN available from the CSV. If thats the case why the customer service agent wasnt able to provide it and they are just sharing me transaction ID number which i explain to them that it is not what im looking for.
Today am faced with this particular issue, Am wondering whether yours was solved. i too need an ARN Number so the Bank can give my money. tried Twitter Paypal didn't respond, Facebook,Instagram and CHATBOT keeps saying no agent is available. I just feel intentionally neglected and ignored.
My issue wasnt resolve until now its been more than 60days since the transaction. Paypal doesnt have ARN or even Cant provide Swift Copy. Thats the only way bank can trace the funds but paypal just providing trace numbers which doesnt work in Emirates nbd
Ebay customer service does issue ARN Numbers but when it comes to paypal it's just another issue entirely. I really don't know why ? Am looking for the same.
