We are sorry to hear about the issue with your refund and we understand how frustrating this must be for you. If the refund status is showing as completed, it means that you have received the funds to the funding source you have used for the transaction. As you have not received the refund to your funding source, kindly reach out to your bank to check the progress of the refund.
I also request you to kindly refer the help centre article Where is my refund? for more details regarding the refund status, time frame to receive the refund.
