Why Can't I Request Money by Check?

After repeated efforts to link TWO different bank account to Paypal, with no results, (keeps saying bank account is invalid, when I know for sure IT IS NOT), I would like to get the money by check and be done with PayPal forever. However, there is no button or option for this in my wallet. The only options are link a bank account or card, or make an invoice.

Please HELP me on this, as I am getting very disappointed, discouraged, and desperate. Thank you

As you haven't added your country to your profile (so we can see when we hover over your username) or said in your post which country you are in so unfortunately its hard for us to advise.
Paypal varies a great deal country to country so you need to tell us where you are on this worldwide community forum.

No, you do not understand. I do not want to deposit a check. I want to withdraw my money with a check, (have the money mailed to me). I have read all the information available about that online, (go to my wallet, click on transfer money). None of that has worked. I have also attempted to find help from customer service. No answers.

Ah ok then have you done this?

Here's how to request a check (timeframe is 5-10 business days): 

1. Go to Wallet.
2. Click Transfer Money.
3. Click Request a check by mail (fee applies).
4. Enter the amount you want to transfer (the minimum is $1.51 USD).
5. Click Next.
6. Review your transfer details, then click Request (amount) Now.
7. Click Done.

As I stated in my first post, and in the last post, yes. In the wallet, there is no option for transferring money by check. The only option that appears is to link a bank account.

Can you confirm that you live in the U.S and were trying to add a U.S bank account?

Only as long as it wasn't a virtual / digital bank account then not sure why you could not add and confirm it as per link?

Secondly does your account have any limitations?

Lastly not sure if paypal are still allowing the withdrawal of funds by cheque anymore, may be your best bet is to ask customer services?

Yes, I am in Alabama, the United States, and was trying to add a bank account in Alabama. 

Yes, I have spoken to customer service about this. They tell me that there are no limitations/blocks to my account, and give me the same articles that you have given me. I spoke to the customer service of the bank, and they deny any limitations on their end, and say that the error is on PayPal's end. 

As for the checks, I did speak to Paypal customer service, and they stated that they do accept withdrawal via checks, and gave me the same steps that you provided, (my wallet, transfer money, etc.).

I'm sorry you're unable to add a bank and withdraw, @sitom732. Here's a Help Center article with some troubleshooting steps regarding adding a bank. In regards to withdrawing by check, the option may not show if your address has not been confirmed. When a card that has the exact same address on your account is added and confirmed, it will also confirm your address. 

If you do have a card already linked that meets the requirements, then the withdrawal option might not be presented due to our Security System. The Security System reviews each action that takes place on PayPal and can limit what options are available if any risk is found. To help with this, I recommend logging in from one consistent device with your location services turned on. If you've attempted to withdraw quite a few times over the last few days, please wait 48 hours without any additional attempts.
