Item(s) in your bag cannot be shipped due to restrictions to the provided address.” All my information is up to date and I have no special characters.
I've had the same issue - when using the PAY in 4 - it won't work (same issue with Big Lots) I use my paypal pay in 4 constantly - so I know it's not on their end.
Holiday season is NOT the time for glitches like this to happen. It's Bath & Body works loss - I'll shop elsewhere - plenty of deals & sales going on!!
Mee too. I order from Germany and want it delivered to my family in Vermont. And I think it's intentional on BBW's part that credit card payment works and the four week payment pause option on Paypal does not 😉
I finally figured it out you guys I've had the same problem and it was driving me nuts. OK so first I use Safari as my browser I went into my phone settings and cleared out the cookies and the cache. Next when I went to check out I went the long way around I did not use the paypal pay in four button. So I went through the whole checkout process all the way to the end where you can enter a credit card or you can choose PayPal. So I clicked a little button to choose paypal in general, went to the website did the pay in four THERE, it sent me back to check out and it worked I hope this helps
Ok. I’ve been having this issue for *over* a year. It’s only bath and body works. Nothing has ever worked for me. I have several times over gone through PayPal and bath and body works to update and make sure my information matches on both ends. Have you figured this out? I’ve been waiting to see if anyone else has had this issue. NOTHING I do fixes it
Very late lol! But I fixed mine by making the billing address on the Bath and Body works check out page and the billing address on my PayPal account the same!
