Wise'' debit card delined

Hi,

    I tried to pay to my paypal account using my wise debit card, however, Paypal delined my ''Wise'' debit card. I need justifications? Even if i try to add money to my paypal account using my wise account, paypal also decline the transaction. Amessage popped up, Opps, someting went wrong.''

Paypal does not support Wise / Payoneer (or any other virtual/online banks).
Whilst you can sometimes add an account it wouldn't work properly and Paypal advise you against trying.
If you do succeed then Paypal wouldn't be responsible for any missing funds to or from that virtual / digital bank account.
