Hi guys, I have had an issue regarding a hold on a transaction for the past 5 days, I have contacted the agents through the PayPal support telephone line numerous times ( encountered 15 agents ) everyone says that my account is from  Oman ( the country which I created the account on and I'm in United States now ), then the usual procedure of call center guys, collect email, collect 4 digit debit card no blah blah, whatever I gave them, then they tell me they will connect me to a department that will handle this, GUESS WHAT ?? the phone lines are closed at 10 AM srsly ??
I don't even have an email to contact PayPal or a message center to be in touch, what should I do now in this situation ??
Even the buyer of my digital services has not been with the link regarding whether they have received the services or not, and now its on hold.

Please do help me, Thank you very much

I know how you feel. I kind of understand your situation, but the real problem is with Paypal Customer Service, or lack there of Having to search everytime for a specific answer to a question is maddening. And actually speaking with a person. Extremely rare. Being decent and respectful gets you put on hold for 51 minutes before your hung up on is a regular occurence. Holding times may vary. Only thing you can do is be an aggressive nuisance. Hold for as long as you are possibly able. It's what I'm having to do now. After 16 phone calls and countless texting sessions and constantly being placed on hold, the last time for 2 and a half hours, I finally found a sympathetic ear. At least I really do hope so. And be honest. My request is for a mere $70 bucks. And it's not about the Principal. It's about the money. You read that correctly. Harold and Kumar had their quest for a hamburger. I have mine. Take Care and Good Luck

You have an Oman registered paypal account so are you in Oman or the U.S?

I am in the United States but my account was made in Oman and I had received the payment in that account, one representative had said it was a minor issue to be solved but it's just taking more and more time

Paypal is country specific so if you move countries you have to open another paypal account in the country you reside in and add an address / phone number / bank accounts / cards from within that country.

You should really withdraw any funds / resolve issues / remove cards and bank accounts / cancel any subscriptions and close the old Paypal account before you move countries. If you don't then you may have problems doing so once you have moved and may need to contact customer services for help to resolve things often they can't so I wish you luck on that one.

So what would be the solution now to the problem, just wait for 21 days to get the money ??

Re-read the second paragraph in my post. You may not be able to access funds from another countries paypal account even after 21 days.

As I said you should have sorted that all out and closed the Omani account before moving.

If it clears then you would have difficulties withdrawing it but if you do try withdrawing to a U.S bank account.

The other option is getting the sender to open a dispute to get the funds back again and then re-sending to a newly opened U.S paypal account. Try waiting first though.
