Your Freedom Gold Credit isn‘t eligible for Instant Transfers

Hello!
Opened a card in Kazakhstan Bank "freedom finance". The account is in USD. When I try to transfer money to the card of this bank, there is an error: "Your Freedom Gold Credit **** isn't eligible for Instant Transfers. We linked your card, but your bank doesn't currently support Instant Transfers".

The bank said that there are no limitations on the card, the card is able to accept money from paypal.

What could be the problem?

I'm sorry to hear that there is an error message when you attempt an instant transfer. If that error is coming up, it is likely that the transfer was attempted and PayPal received a response from the card issuer that a transfer was not possible. Other possibilities I can think of would be if it's a virtual card as opposed to a physical card, or if it's branded with a logo that we cannot instant transfer to. There may be other possibilities of which I am not aware, but those stand out to me as possibilities.
