accidently sent money through goods and services

So i accidently sent someone money through goods and services instead of friends and family, i haven't been able to find anything that helps me with this in support. i would like to refund the money so i could resend it through friends and family because i am not buying a product but just sending money.

Even if a refund was issued the sellers or recipients fee is not returned as part of that refund.

All you could do is contact customer services explain what happened and see if they will remove the fee from the recipients payment as a goodwill gesture. As it was your mistake they may decline.
