I am from Ukraine and i have account paypal how can i receive payment from my friend?
but i don't see in my profile receive button
what should i have for sure for accepting payments i need business account or personal
Please give me full answer how to get money for ukrainian recepient
Where i can create paypal.me handle?

Paypal account holders in the Ukraine can now receive payments with the recent change of policy, but they are restricted to receiving only friends/family payments as per link.

However the friends/family option is not available in every country.
Unfortunately your friend 'may' be in one of those countries? so would not be able to send payments to the Ukraine.

You still can't do commercial transactions and receive goods/services payments which is why you can't request money or use a paypal.me link.

Try giving your friend your paypal email address and see if they have the friends/family option they can use to send the funds (in their country).
