difficulty transferring money from paypal account to mobile money account by xoom

difficulty transferring money from paypal account to mobile money account in cameroon due to bank card insertion request but cameroon bank card insertion refused as the account was created with a uk number, xoom wants a uk bank card.

but the problem is that i have the money in my paypal balance and not my card, so what will i use the card for?

Did you read my latest reply on your other thread? You are having this issue as paypal is country specific and normally should not be used in another country. Read my last reply at the bottom of this thread >>>

i understood that correctly but know i am in the **bleep** so how can i resolve this ?

owhhh i got my issues with paypal like all my financials issues combined in other financial app

Paypal is country specific so if you move countries you have to close your old Paypal account and open a new Paypal account registered in the country where you now live. You would then need to add an address / phone number / bank accounts / cards from within that country.

You should really withdraw any funds / resolve issues / remove cards and bank accounts / cancel any subscriptions and close the old Paypal account before you move countries. If you don't then you may have problems doing so once you have moved and may need to contact customer services for help to resolve things.

However the option to receive/withdraw funds is not available in Cameroon so you would not be able to withdraw funds until you returned to the U.K.
