do they pay out??  On this dice game??  I love the game but they keep saying I won, then it fails and fails and fails to pay out - then they tell you to contact customer support but give you no contact information.  Is this all a farce??

It is a scam. You will never get any money from them, they just want you to watch their ads and download their games and maybe even make an in app purchase that is how they make their money but you will never get paid from them. Delete games if it **bleep** you off or just keep playing if you like the game but don’t expect anything.
